How to accurately describe an event

In order to properly identify an event, it is important that you should know the definitions Brazilian legal instruments use:

1. Theft: crime consisting in the removal of a good or object that can be easily removed (theft of another's goods to take possession thereof), in the absence of threat or violence, but against the victim's will.

2. Robbery: crime consisting in the removal of a good or object (taking possession of another's goods) by means of threats or violence against the victim.

3. Misplacement: disappearance or loss of a good or object.
