ONE OF THE BEST PACES TO WORK IN BRAZIL
For the fifth consecutive year, Serasa was featured in the Exame magazine ranking of the “100 Best Places to Work”. The selection involved 431 applicant firms that underwent four technical and one journalistic examination stages: survey with Ser Serasa, focus group assessment with two members of the company and a consensus of Great Place to Work Institute researchers and journalists.

ONE OF THE 40 BEST PLACES FOR WOMEN TO WORK IN BRAZIL
For the first time Exame magazine included Serasa among “The 40 Best Places for Women to Work in Brazil”. The nomination came as a result of the high level of satisfaction women employees derive from their work environment, career opportunities and the great ratio of female employees.

ONE OF THE TOP 40 IN PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Serasa was appointed as one of the “40 Best Firms in People Management” .The nomination came as a result  of a survey taken by Valor Econômico newspaper and “Hay do Brasil” HR Consulting Firm with 300 randomly selected Serasa employees.

CITIZEN FIRM SEAL
Granted by the São Paulo City Council, the Citizen Firm Seal acknowledges the results of Serasa's Social Report, featuring actions on behalf of citizenship and social responsibility, towards both the community and the firm's employees and their families, particularly in connection with quality of life and human development.

CORPORATE CITIZENSHIP
Serasa, in addition to being featured in the Exame Guide to Good Corporate citizenship for the fourth consecutive year, was, for the second time, among the “11 Best Examples of Citizenship in Brazil”, thereby becoming a reference in this field.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY MARKETING BEST
Given by Editora Referência, the São Paulo Business School and Madia Mundo Marketing for the case "Impaired Individuals Employability Program”

HR TOP ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Serasa was given a special acknowledgement during the ADVB HR Top 2003 awards ceremony. The honorable mention awarded commemorates Serasa's achievement of 2 HR Super Tops and 9 HR Tops in the past decade.

HR TOP Pernambuco
Serasa was one of the winners at HR Top 2003, given by ADVB in the State of Pernambuco, with the case “Impaired Individuals – Talents for Serasa”.

AAPSA HR AWARDS

Given by the People Managers' Association in the Human Resources Category for the case “Serasa Human Development”.

UN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
"The Serasa Impaired Individuals Employability Program" was acknowledged by the UNO, through the United Nations Volunteers, as a viable and effective model for elective implementation in forms across Brazil.

ACCESS TO IMPAIRED INDIVIDUALS
Serasa's Headquarters was the first building given “NBR Certification 9050:94 – Access to Urban Buildings, Spaces, Furnishings and Equipment for Impaired Individuals”, after an audit by the Carlos Alberto Vanzolini Foundation. This certification indicates that Serasa's Headquarters offers the impaired appropriate and safe conditions of access and work.

LEGAL MOVEMENT FOR SOLIDARITY
Serasa was the sole winner of the 'Legal Movement for Solidarity' promoted by the São Paulo Attorney's Institute in partnership with the State Bureau of Youth, Sports and Leisure and the Social Solidarity Fund.

MARKETING TOP
Given by ADVB for the case “Serasa Digital Certification”.

COBERTURA AWARD     
Promoted by Seguro Total  magazine, the ”VI Cobertura Performance Award 2003” was given to Serasa for the case “Applications of Serasa's Gestor de Crédito to the Domestic Credit Insurance Market”.
