In 2002 Serasa won 21 awards and acknowledgements, continuing to be recognized in its several aspects: Social responsibility and Citizenship, Quality, People management and Marketing.

IBERO-AMERICAN QUALITY AWARD
One of the world's most important corporate acknowledgements awards, the Ibero-American Award is given by the Ibero-American Foundation for Quality Management, an institution that gathers organizations form 21 countries in pursuit of permanent improvement and excellence.

ONE OF THE BEST PLACES TO WORK IN BRAZIL
For the fourth consecutive year, Serasa was ranked by Exame magazine as one of the “100 Best Places to Work”. Serasa's ranking, confirmed by the Great Place to Work Institute, was based on a detailed assessment of its people management policies and practices, on a survey with 300 randomly selected employees and by detailed personal interviews.

CORPORATE CITIZENSHIP
Serasa, in addition to being feature in the Exame Guide to Good Corporate Citizenship, for the third consecutive year, was now among the 11 best examples of citizenship in Brazil, becoming a reference in the field.

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AWARD
The Brazilian Human Resources Association (ABRH) gave Serasa the Oswaldo Checchia Award for the case "Social Volunteering".

CORPORATE CITIZENSHIP
For the second time, Serasa was given the Citizen Firm Award by the Institute of Marketing and Business of Bahia, for the case "Serasa Social – Over 700 Volunteers".

AAPSA HR AWARD
Given by the People Managers' Association in the Social Responsibility category for the case "Social Volunteering". The purpose of the award is to acknowledge and encourage professionals that stand out in their dedication to social action.

WORLD CLASS CITIZENSHIP IN BRAZIL – CITIZENSHIP IN ACTINO
Given by the Arab-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce jointly with the Brazilian Institute for Citizenship Development for Serasa's contribution to Brazil's social development.

LIF AWARD – LIBERTY - EQUALITY - FRATERNITY"
Serasa was the only firm to win the 1st LIF Award –  Liberty - Equality  - Fraternity, in the category "Incentive to Social Responsibility"”, given by the France-Brazil Chamber of Commerce.

Given by ADVB  for the case "Impaired Individuals Employability Program".

Serasa was one of the winners of HR TOP 2002, given by ADVB for the case " Impaired Individuals Employability Program".

For its actions in support of retail, the Association of São Paulo State Shopping Mall Storeowners named Serasa the “Firm of the Year”.
