Tercer Setor

Filling in the Information Form for Third Sector Organizations Enrollment (FICAD) will enable entering reference file and financial information, as well as the institution's social activity, into the Country's largest database, making the data available  to firms interested in helping through donations of goods or financial resources.

The benefits of FICAD include reinforcing your organization's notoriety, as the information available through Serasa will serve as proof pf transparency and, consequently, increase both your ability to obtain resources and the donor firm's security.

Instructions

Fill in the Third Sector Enrollment Form – FICAD, available from the menu on the left. Print and sign it and send it with the required documents to:

Required documents
FICAD Third Sector
Information form for organization enrollment.
Must be signed by the party responsible and be completely filled in.

Corporate Documents
Statutes / Minutes / Amendments
Must be filed with and stamped by the relevant authority.

Accounting Statements
Must include the firm's corporate name, final date, signature of the manager and accountant, with the latter's name and registration No. (CRC). In case of first enrollment, send accounting statements for the past three corporate periods or the past two corporate periods and the latest interim balance-sheet.

Exempted organizations must include a copy of the Income Tax Exemption Statement DIPJ.
